"A Living Legacy"
Surviving, Thriving, and Striving
As educators, activist, and advocates of our communities, we are the change we've been waiting for! Join us this weekend in honoring our history, celebrating our victories, and re-igniting the fire that will continue to move us forward - walking in power & unity.
This weekend we will engage in thought provoking discussions around the Black Lives Matter Movement, immerse ourselves in rich history and art at the Reginald F. Lewis African American Museum, and collaborate with innovative educators from across the nation to develop strategies that will move our communities forward, eradicate institutional racism, and end the school-to-prison pipeline.
We are our ancestors wildest dreams. We are ... A Living Legacy.
